At Velora, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of fragrances, refunds are handled under strict conditions.

We offer refunds only if all of the following apply:

  • The fragrance is unopened
  • The product has a clear defect or issue
  • The issue is reported within a reasonable time after delivery

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-based reasons such as scent, strength, or longevity

If your product arrives with a problem, please contact us with details and proof, and we will review your case fairly.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method where applicable.
